Payment Terms

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and are VAT-free.

Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment via bank transfer, MobilePay, or other agreed methods:

In case of late payment, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the service until payment has been received.

Programs can be paid in installments by agreement. If installment payments are not maintained, the program will stop immediately, and paid installments are non-refundable.

Delivery

Services are delivered at the agreed time and place, typically in person or online (video or chat). It is your responsibility to ensure your equipment works properly so that session time is not lost, as sessions cannot be extended.

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.

Session schedules are confirmed in writing via email or other digital communication.

Any changes to delivery method or timing will be communicated as early as possible.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment via SMS or email.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full price unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, with notice to the client as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable law, typically 14 days for standardized online services.

For services provided on a fixed date (e.g., clairvoyance sessions), you may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. The service can also be rescheduled for a new agreed time.

The 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to digital products that are delivered immediately.

For program purchases, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Guarantee

We guarantee that services are delivered professionally, conscientiously, and in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

However, we cannot guarantee specific results, as our services are advisory and based on individual assessment and intuition.

Rights and Copyright

Clients are entitled to receive the service as agreed but may not share, copy, or distribute materials without written permission.

We reserve the right to change prices, terms, and services with appropriate notice to clients.

Any login to digital materials is personal and may not be transferred or resold. All digital material created by MetteMeyer.life / Mette Pia Meyer Ludvigsen (text, video, audio, images, guides) is copyright protected.

Copying, distributing, or publishing without permission is strictly prohibited.
